I was looking for a place to eat across the street from Guildford mall and stumbled on this place. The service was really nice and the shrimp fried rice was probably best fried rice I ever had. Nice little cozy restaurant

Seriously delicious. Better than all the places in the area and even in lougheed. This is my go to place now for this type of Korean food. The portions are good, and they actually give good amounts of seafood in their spicy noodle soup compared to some of the other known places. This definitely a hidden gem.

Solid Korean Chinese Place in Metro Van. I love to try out Korean Chinese restaurants around the city and often get disappointed, but this place really hit the spot. I will keep thinking about this place when I travel close to Surrey Area. Their Jjambbong (spicy soup noodle) was the star of the dishes: good spicy & heat level, viscosity of broth(medium thick), subtle wok hei, loads of seafood, crunchy veges, and a generous portion. Tansuyuk was battered bit doughy to my liking but crispy and fairly enjoyable. I took out Jajangmyun and it still tasted delicious the next day. I want to try different versions and menu on my next visit. This place is such a hidden gem in the corner of an old town center mall, a real OG vibe as you step in, yet I can see the interior is quite clean and well maintained despite the time. The service was excellent here, the lady kept checking on me about the food taste and refilling tea. I was a solo diner and ordered A Combo of the three staple K-Chinese dishes cuz I wanted to try all (and of course takeout the leftover). She kindly and carefully suggested me to take one dish to go cause they seemed a lot for me. She was right. The portion was really good. I could barely finish the soupy noodle dish and enjoyed the rest at home.

Value wise, this is a seriously good Korean Chinese style restaurant. Taste is also very good and portion size was impressive. Waitresses are also very nice. We would definitely come back to try rest of dishes. Parking’s also plentiful in the plaza as well as deserts/drink places right around, making this restaurant very pleasant place to visit.
